My day as a princess :)

We had a prom for the people who are going to be the school's oldest in the coming year.
It's a tradition for high shcools that we have had for a long time in Finland.
And speaking the truth when I was at primary school one of the main reasons I wanted to go to high schools was that prom. I had waited for that day so long, and I was extreamly happy I was able to experience it and even be part of doing the school's own dance show.

That day is definitely a day I will always remember !
I loved the dances and meeting all my friends from other schools and celebrating with them !

This is THE DAY

I woke up 5am.
First it was time to do my makeup, which took quite long. I wanted to do it on my own cause I really like doing different kinds of makeup styles anyway and I'm kinda a perfectionist so.. I would a terrible customer. :D And the next thing I ran to the hair salon to do my hair !

 

Because we had so little time before we needed to be ready  my mom and my sister helped me to get the dress on at the salon and we were ready to go !

The first round was for younger students and friends. At that time it was about 10 am.

We had to wait in these lines for 15 minutes for the show to begin..

After the show we headed to a restaurant ! It was a challenge to get in to a car in that dress but somehow I was lucky enough to survive. :D The food was excellent and so was the company too !
At the evening we had the show again this time for parents and relatives. :) It was so much fun though we all were so nervoused !

And after the prom it was time to celebrate ! All the high schools had rented cabins from the same place, which meant partying for the entire weekend ! It was just an amazing once in a lifetime experience ! <3

All in all it was an amazing day and I'm really thankfull for all of those that were part of it !
