Girls just wanna have fun

Friday:

I met Selma on Friday and we went to her place.
We took some photos of each others and even his lil brother had to take few photos of us together xD
It was pretty fun and we tried all kinds of silly ways to pose and stuff :DD When the night came we went out. We walked next to a big road and it was all dark and it was so scary! We just kept screaming and we decided to go back home :D

 Back at Selma's we ate some evening snack and stayed at the computer.
It felt good to drink some hot chocolate and just hang out.
Next thing we noticed the sun started to come up ! And I just said maybe we could go back out now when it's not dark anymore. And so we did :D We walked next to the road again.
This time we went further and there were horses at the field. They were so cute and one of them walked by my side as far as he could. It felt awesome !
Then we just walked back home. Pretty much right away when we got there we went to bed. It was so weird to go to bed when the sun was up !

Next morning I got back home.
I felt like I wanted to go to the beach cause the weather was so great. So I did and my two friends were there too ! We stayed there a little more than an hour. Then I had to go home and hit the shower cause I was going to watch a movie with friends. We rent a movie called PinappleExpress and watched it at my friend's place. It was pretty funny =D

After we had watched the movie we went to swim. And it was already around 9 pm. =D
The water was kinda cold but it was still so much fun to jump from the dock. It got kinda cold when we walked back home from the beach and our bikinis were all wet :D But it was worth it.

I had so much fun during those two days :P I hope I will have more of those kind of days before the school starts! Today I'm feeling kinda lazy so will see what I do today.. :D

Good times

Today has been one of the best days this summer. :)
I felt really happy today ! I loved that feeling.

The weather was great and the sun was shining all day every since i woke up ! I even took a walk right away when I woke up. When I had finished doing the dishes and stuff I went out for a walk with a friend of mine. I don't see him too often but it's always nice to meet an old friend who understands you. :)

I got back home and took the dogs out which means some more walking xD
I cooked some food and txted my friend what she was doing. She said she just got from work so nothing really. I asked her if she wanted to hang out and go to down town for example.
So 30 minutes later we were walking towards down town. =D
We wandered around the shops and she bought a new jacket. It was really nice and fit her really well!
I found new ear rings on sale too. Then we decided to buy some ice cream and just sit down and enjoy the ice cream.

We kept shopping for a little while after it but soon we started walking back home.
We stopped by on the deck and sat down for a little while to enjoy the weather since the street goes next to the lake.

When I got home my mom asked me if I wanted to go to the market with her. I thought why not and went with her though my legs were aching a little cause of all that walking.
Thank God I went to help her cause at the end of the round we had like 5 bags of food :DD
Just in case we wouldn't ever be able to go to the market again.. =D

Today I thought a lot about how much your mood  affects to others.
I was really happy today and during the day almost everyone I smiled at smiled back to me.
I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but it really does make a difference wether you're being kind and happy or all cranky and stuff..!
I wasn't supposed to write anything today but suddenly i just felt like I should. =D
I'm thankful for this great day. :) Tomorrow I will stay over night at Selma's <3 It's gonna be great :))

Anyways now it's time for me to go to bed.

Around Helsinki

My mom had her last days on holiday so we decided to do something special together.
We haven't been able to be together too much so my mom had a great idea to go to Helsinki.

On the Monday morning we packed our bags and left.
After a long ride we finally got to the hotel. We unpacked the bags and went  to the spa.
The place was beautiful and so much fun ! We relaxed at the sauna and  then went to the pools. It was really nice and I even had the courage to jump from 3 meters =D

After swimming and relaxing we dressed up and went to shopping.
We didn't get far when I noticed amazing shoes. They were on sale so I tried 'em and they fit !
And they weren't expencive either =D !

We wandered around the mall until we were exhausted. We found a nice restaurant and we decided to have a dinner there. I ate fish and chips and it was just amazing. I really enjoyed it !

After a delicious dinner we walked back to the hotel. We watched tv for a while and just lied on our beds.

Next morning we went shopping to down town.
At the first shop we spent a whole hour ! My mom was trying lots of clothes and I found a lovely dress for myself too :)
Around 2pm my sister's train arrived to Helsinki and we met her at the station. We drove to her place and cooked lunch together.
At the evening she went to her friend's bday party and me and my mom went back to down town. We went through quite a few shops. After we had been shopping we picked some food from mcDonald's and went to my sister's place to watch a movie.

Today we drove back home and we stopped by at IKEA and had our dinner there. =D
It was a great trip and a great day ! I also saw my primary school's p.e. teacher today when I was having a walk =D

Here and there

After the camp I went to my fathers place.
We started building a deck on Tuesday. I had hurt my other hand so I had to work with one hand only.
It was kinda hard at first but when I got used to it, it didn't really slow me down that much.

There were lot of work to do but we got it done suprisingly fast !
On Wednesday we went to a dinner with my granny and my father.
It was a nice break between the work. We kept working for a while after we got home.

On Thursday I got my job done.
I worked for 5 hours in the garden. It rained every once in a while. It was pretty frustrading because we needed to stop working every time it did.

On Friday I went to the down town to meet Selma! I hadn't seen her for 2 weeks which is a lot when it comes to us two ! =D I was so glad to see her and we just kept talking non-stop telling everything that has happened to us during the last two weeks. At the evening I went to Katriina's b-day party. It was great ! :)

Yesterday I went to my mother's husband's summer cottage again with our relatives. It was so much fun to see them again. We played games, had barbecue and went to sauna.
Sadly I needed to wake up real early because I had to leave to the confirmation. My sis drove me home and I had 15 mins to get ready. =D I was still wearing my pyjama and I was supposed to be at the church in 15 minutes being all gorgeous..! Yeah I can do that.. =D
I got to the church and they asked me right away to stand in a line for the picture :D
The confirmation went pretty well. We took few pictures outside together.

Only 3 of the campers asked us to come for a visit for their party. We had little bit more than an hour before we needed to go so we went to a pizza together. We were wearing the dresses and suits and eating pizza sitting in the same small table. =D Then we went to a visit for those few houses that we were asked for. It went really well and it was actually pretty fun.
When I got home I was really tired. I fell asleep and slept for few hours. Felt like it didn't help much cause I'm still feeling exhausted..!

Confirmation camp

I spent my week helping at the confirmation camp.
It was my second time there and there were some kids from last years camp =D

All kinds of things happened at the camp. First I felt like I just wanted to go home since some of the kids were so disrespectful. They didn't care about the rules and they even ran away at night from a window.. They went to a gas station called ABC on foot to buy some energy drinks -.-
Our priest had to go to get 'em.. I felt so embarrassed for them. They slept their next night at home.
When they got back we sat down with them and said "that's not okay" and i think that's the turning point when it slowly started getting better..
 We started making jokes about it during the camp. The best one was when we woke up and we found this at the hallway:

The way to ABC

There were shy girls and energetic girls and sweet and kind boys and guys that didn't let you close to them. It was really hard to find who they really were inside. Finally at the 4th day I started realizing what kind of a person each person were. It felt pretty awesome.

We played all kinds of games like soccer with a huge ball and ping pong with 8 players :D
We also went to sauna and swimmed together a lot ! It was lot of fun.
Every morning we woke everyone up and had breakfast. Next we had our morning church. Every day we were talking about different days. We talked about Christmas and Easter and all those important days. :)
Then the campers had their lessons. At that time me and 8 other assistants slept at the floor. We wanted to be together so we all took our blankets and pillows and slept in a pile.
Then we had a break when we all got together and after that we had lunch.
Next they had their next lesson and we were creating the programme for the evening.
We had breaks when we played together and had small competitions. We ate again and at the evening we had sauna.
Everyone had a secret friend who they needed to write a letter to for the evening. It was so much fun to read those letters after the evening programme. We told them all kinds of riculous jokes and games. =D
We also sang a lot. When everyone needed to go to bed we sang a song for them before they fell asleep. (:

After all the camp was great and I made some really good friends. I learned new things and I can't stop being happy about seeing how good some of the people really are. It really warms my heart.
Now it's time for me to go to bed.

Time for a zoo

The garden looks much better already and they finished the job with the digger.
My job was to take care of the house while they were working and I also helped them a little at the garden.

On Friday we visited my sister's place with her bf and my father.
Like I have told you earlier she lives in Helsinki (the capital of Finland) on the area that has kinda a bad reputation. Well I noticed that again when we were going to bed and it was so warm that we had to keep the window open and we heard someone saying "This is my first time trying cannabis" outside. Oh great..! =DD My sis just said "Oh come on shut the window" =D

At the morning we went to the zoo. My sis works there at the restaurant. All those animals were so pretty and I was able to take some good pics of 'em too ! It was pretty nice just to wander around the zoo and then go to see my sis working at the restaurant. She was really busy there but it was fun to see what's her job like. :p

On our way back home we decided to have our dinner in Ikea. The food there is so good and not expensive at all ! We drove back home and unpacked our bags. I decided to have a walk cause we had been sitting for the long ride. It felt good and the evening I spent by watching a movie that was coming on tv. It's name was Reign over me but I didn't watch it to the end cause I wanted to go to bed earlier.

Tomorrow I'm going to the confirmation camp. It's my second time helping there and I'm feeling kinda nervoused. You never know what's gonna happen and how is it gonna go but I'm still looking forward to it. I have lots of packing to do today. Wish me luck for the camp !
I'll write my blog again when I get off the camp that lasts a week. So see you then :)

Speechless

Feels like there's so many things happening so fast right now.
We're repairing our garden and we have to use the digger so the garden looks awful =D
I'm feeling pretty confused about all these things that has happened.

Yesterday was a great day..! The weather was so nice and I was just able to chill out at the garden. I went to have a walk with my dad's dog since he couldn't be at the garden cause of the digger. I saw a beautiful butterfly but our dog tried to eat it =DD Luckily he didn't manage to eat it !

The evening was so beautiful and warm and everything just felt so great.
Some things of the evening got me pretty speechless. I felt so silly cause I was pretty sure I had my mouth wide open cause of the confusion. =D

I woke up this morning pretty early and took a bus to my dad's place again. It was so warm again and the birds were singing and all just seemed to be great. I lied at the garden for a while. After that I painted rest of those wooden things that needed to be painted.
At the evening we got our boat work and we went to boating. It felt amazing after a long break. (8

It just been a great day and I don't mind being confused if it makes me laugh =D
I don't really find anything more to say anymore so I'll just finish for today. :)

Having the time of my life

I haven't been able to write my blog for a while cause there's been so many things going on !
First of all we went to Tallinn (Estonia) with my father and his gf and her kid. We left from home around 1 pm and got in Helsinki around 5 pm. We waited to get in the boat and start the cruise !
We went through those small shops at the boat and went to see the karaoke. We also went dancing when there was a live band playing good music. I borrowed my fathers gf's high heels since i only had sneakers with me =D

The evening was just great and when I finally went to bed it didn't take long before I fell asleep.
At the morning we went to ask where was the breakfast. They told us it was served in a restaurant near the terminal. We found the place and the breakfast was great !

We went to see the old part of the city and we wandered around there taking photos.
We also went shopping and I found new bikinis =D

At the way back the weather was gorgeous and we had a dinner at the boat (: We bought some snacks for the ride back home. It took really long to get home but finally at 9 pm I was home. I realized I still had time to go to the parties Selma was having for her b-day !! I called her and my mom took me there ! We were dancing and eating and having fun ((: It was a night to remember (;

Next morning I was really exhausted and I realized I hadn't been eating since the dinner at 3 pm at the boat :DDD Well I ate a good breakfast and we went to our summer cottage. Sadly the weather was awful and it was cold as hell. I was wearing a hoodie and a jacket and I was still freezing !
We still did barbecue and ate all kinds of tasty pastries. :D

Today I got home from the cottage and the weather was amazing ! The sun was shining brightly for the whole day so I stayed outside the most of it. I even walked to the down town and back :D That was the weather I've been missing. <3
